Every year, there has been growth in the trend of committing severe illegal activities. Throughout this essay, I will discuss the both views on this pattern. Firstly, I will explore the first view that says criminal should be given death sentence, and secondly, I will discuss the other view that says officals should give other kinds of punishments to culprits.
In the beginning, some people think that indivduals who committed any crime should be given death penalty. Such measures would give a horrible statement to other lawbreakers, which can help authorities to maintain discipline in the society. The individuals who breaks law would think twice before doing any prohibited activity. For instance, Saudia Arabia has recorded one of the lowest crime rates in the word because the government usually issues death sentence if a person commit any serious crime. In addition, They think that these kinds of regualtions would strengthen the people’s believe in the constitutions established by government. As a result, the residents of the country will feel more safe and protected.
On the other hand, the standpoint of the believers that say there should be implementation of other actions on criminals except death penalty. They think that officials should provide rehabitation facilities in jails. Hence, culprit can improve their life for the sake of their better future. For example, if criminals had done any illegal activity, then they may change their mindsets after completing their rehabitations in jail. Similarly, if a person had done any prohibited activity, then it may be a mistake of him. Thus, after rehabitation they can govern their emotions more efficiently, which can be very good for them and society.
To sum up, there are two view about the measurements of crimes. One perspective favors the death order by court, while second perspective prefers other kinds of punishments.
