The retirement age must be decreased to allow more teenagers to get a workplace, an extended number of the population believe that in countries with high unemployment. The main advantage of this statement, that many young people who require a job can work instead of the older generation, but on the other hand, this solution can make more issue with unemployment, because an extended number of older population can lose their jobs.
Nowadays, many not developed countries have high unemployment, the cause of this issue is population do not get high education in schools and universities. Therefore, a large number of nations like Africa, and several countries in Asia have unemployment. A great number of the population believe that if the retirement age is lowered, this problem can be solved, and on the one hand they may be right. A numerous workplaces will be free for the younger generation, if older people leave from their jobs. Usually, teenagers are more creative and able for work, compared with the older population, because of that, the economy of a not developed country can significantly increase.
On the other hand, this solution can terrible effect on competition of many factories, government and business overall. An older generation has more experience in their directions because they have worked on their jobs for many years. Compared to young people, who usually do not think about work, they think about getting pleasure, however older people are more stable and significantly give more benefits in work. Therefore, seniors can work better than teenagers.
In conclusion, a great number of the population are of the opinion that the age for retirement should be reduced, to free workplaces for the younger generation. it can be a great solution to open new abilities for teenagers, but can bad effect on workability in facilities because seniors have more experience.
