There has been much discussion revolving around the issue of whether it is more vital to plant trees in areas of towns and cities where the area is free or to construct more residents. While there are strong arguments for each of the two separately, as building more houses helps to mitigate the scarcity of homes and boost economic growth; on the contrary, from my point of view, planting more trees in cities and towns is more effective to overpass it’s countersides as it purifies the polluted air, enhances greenery, and maintains ecological resilience.
On the one hand, there is ample evidence suggesting that a colossal amount of fruitful benefits can be yielded if more and more trees are planted in the urban area. To begin with, it helps in purifying the polluted air. The cardinal point is to be considered that, as megacities and metropolises are already full of concrete jungle because of architecture and skyscrapers. If we plant more and more trees in the cities, it will play a vital role in absorbing the toxic fumes and dumps from fuel emissions, smoke, and industrial dust. As a result, air pollution reduced, even if it cut down the everyday’s noise. For example, according to a recent empirical survey, it can be manifested that solely 100 trees can remove tons of carbon dioxide annually. Thus, it allows the citizens to spend their lives at the lap of nature. Moreover, it provides natural habitats for the birds and animals. In addition, planting trees enhances greenery in the areas and maintains ecological resilience, deterring global warming. To cite an example, more greenery prevents environmental catastrophes like earthquakes and so on.
On the other hand, despite the justification, some people dispute mastering in one topic for the following reasons: The first and foremost is to build more housing estate in the metropolitan alleviate the issue of scarcity of home and it also accelerate the economical thrive. Because bigger-city already has over population, whereas some people became homeless. For instances, if more building are constructed, people will be able to live in house instead of road, even though real-estate business will be expanded. As a result, the quality of life in city and town will be inprove.
In the final reckoning, by discussing the above-mentioned reasons it is clearly evident that the advantages of planting trees in cities rater than build houses are more effective to outpass it’s counter sides and the merits are strong enough to exceed it’s demerits
