It is considered that people commit crimes because of financial and social problems, while others say it is because of individuals with bad nature. While both statements seem to be true, in my opinion, the latter one is more sensible to me.
Firstly, on the one hand, if people do not have a good job with high income, it will be hard for people because of poverty and for this reason, people do crimes in order to survive in this contemporary society. For example, they steal food or a wallet when they are hungry and need some money. In addition, growing up in this condition might create bad habits in person. However, not every people with financial problems do such things. Instead, they are kind and want to help people even if they are struggling.
Secondly, on the other hand, even if people are rich, unfortunately, some of them are bad. Some people born with greedy and selfish character might hurt and steal people’s possessions. Although, people choose their own way either bad or good, it does not depends on wealth. Some people just choose to be bad ragardless of their financial situation. For example, kids of the rich are often selfish and greedy. Consequently, it might lead to the crime when they reach adolescence.
In conclusion, while both opinions are true, I think, it depends on people. However, I advocate the latter idea. I hope, such situations will occur less frequently and people will learn to be more kind.
