It is often debated that medical facilities of the private sector are better for people, others argue that medical facilities should be free and run by the government. However, a healthcare facility is a fundamental need and everyone should benefit from it. I completely agree that the government should provide healthcare services.
Several privatized hospitals have been established in the past few decades. No doubt some hospitals have been advantageous to the public due to their highly qualified doctors but they are too expensive and often charge hefty fees not everyone can afford such expenses. Although the insurance company provides mediclaim the rate of premium rises after every compensation. For instance, a middle-class family finds it difficult to afford heart surgery in a private hospital. Privately owned cannot increase the standard of living for all people
If the government provides medical facilities to the general public then it will be a boon for many citizens. Due to a lack of finance, people who are stuck in the perpetual state of poverty are not able to survive. If healthcare is completely transferred into the hands of the public sector then it will be beneficial for people. Many countries like the USA and Canada provide free medical and educational services to their citizens. Furthermore, only minimum fees should be charged for surgeries for the smooth running of the management for example donations can be collected for required tools in the hospital.
In conclusion, private healthcare is way too custody to afford and in contrast, if the government runs health services then it will increase the life expectancy and be favorable to the nation.
