There is a view that teachers should teach how fastfoods are harmful for children , other people think that its parents responsibility.I think in both of them should encourage about junk food.In school they can teach about benefits of fruits and vegetables which help children to make better choices. However, Parents are responsible for the dietary presented to their children so they can support in shaping a childs eating habits from a young age.
School should take an active role in discouraging junk food consumption by offering heakthy food options and implementing nutrition education programs such as school gardens, cooking classes, and health awareness campaigns can further enhance this effort, fostering an appreciation for nutritions food.School also teach about healthy food and why they vey crucial for our health also the risks pf consuming high-sugar or high-fat foods can empower them to make better choices. For instance, in Japan, schools have a jubject called nutrition education, students learn about balanced diets and even help serve lunch. They are very strong focus on healthy eating habits.
However Parents also play a crucial role in developing healthy eating habits because children’s food choices are strongly influenced by what they eat at home. They can provide nutritious meals, limit the amount of fast food and sugary drinks, and teach their children the importance of a balanced diet. For example, parents can encourage children to eat more fruits and vegetables instead of frequently buying burgers, chips, or sweets. In addition, parents should set a good example, as children are more likely to develop healthy habits when they see their parents making healthy food choices.
In conclusion, both schools and parents have crucial roles to play in developing healthy eating habits among children. Schools can educate students about the harmful effects of junk food and the importance of consuming fruits and vegetables, while parents can control their children’s diets and encourage them to make healthier food choices at home. Therefore, I believe that cooperation between schools and parents is the most effective way to help children develop a healthy diet from a young age.
