It is argued that schools should spend a significant amount of money on technology, such as increasing the number of computers, which allows pupils to prepare for the digital world. In my opinion, more funding should be aimed at teachers, as it may improve the quality of lessons.
Financing funds for advanced technology like computers, at schools may provide opportunities to practice various skills for students, such as typing on a keyboard, making presentation and using several websites from a young age. Such training may enhance the experience of the young generation and make them aware of modern technology, preparing them for the digital environment. In addition, it may be helpful for pupils during their life because all job fields require the ability to use computers and other gadgets.
Spending money on teachers, on the other hand, may be much more beneficial. For example, increasing the salary of school teachers or organizing free webinars may result in better teaching of lessons. Higher salaries encourage them to work harder and perform their duty with love, and free webinars can give new teaching methods and innovative approaches. Continuous professional training allows teachers to stay updated with the latest educational technologies and pedagogical strategies. This not only improves the effectiveness of classroom instruction but also enhances students’ learning experiences. As a result, teachers become more confident and capable of delivering engaging and modern lessons that meet the needs of today’s learners.
In conclusion, although allocating of funds to technology may enhance students’ ability to work with it and prepare for future life, concentration on teachers can be far more effective, positively influencing the quality of lessons.
