Few individuals believe that the pay of teachers should be enough for lead a happy life ,others argu that its not matter.But being a teacher my opinion is that pay pakage of teacher rought to favorable.

Firstly,In modern age, every person hold job for money .it is very significant part of our lives.Currently I am working at read foundation boys college Nakyal and I teach physics to different classes.My salary is twenty six thousand five hunderd and fifty only.I can’t survive in this amount.You know better teaching is very hectic profession.I spend six to seven hours a day at school to teach phsics.I am totally burden my mind is completely stuck when I come back home.If I match my incom with my work its nothing .End of the month my budget exceed from my incom.

Secondly,few people assert that teaching earning should not be high .Nerertheless this point of view is set on those jobholders who don’t teach properly and don’t explain complex to their students .They only come to school for rest and having fun.I go to school with proper lesson plane I explain difficult topic in easy and understandable way.That’s why my students achive out of out in their final exam.

To conclude,government should take some serious steps to increase the pay pakage of those person who work in private schools ,colleges and they don’t pay their reward in the form of salary.Government must set equal pay in all private institutes same as Government institutes.Although all jobholders lead comfortable and happy life.
