For example, in Kyrgyzstan, there are numerous volunteer organizations that do not pay their workers, yet they offer a wide range of social activities. As a result, teenagers would begin to appreciate the importance of community service, fostering a sense of patriotism in the process.
Secondly, teenagers need to realize that not everything is done for money; they should learn to make the most of their leisure time. Engaging in volunteer work allows youth to focus on their self-development, which is particularly important during this stage of life. Additionally, such activities can enhance their applications to prestigious universities. Thus, both teenagers and the community stand to benefit.
