In the contemporary society, transport problems becomes more and more dangerous. Many people lost life in the traffic accidence. Some people claimed that if government manage people to exam drive licence per year, people may remember traffic rules better. However, i tend towards to the viewpoint that the drawback of licence exam every year will make society a lot of difficult than advantage.
It is admitted that licence exam per year may let citizens study knowledge about transport and test drives’ skills. As they need to study the standard behaviors to pass the test, for example, they will have a class and do some practice before examination.Then, examination can help people to know about the new rule in transport. Since the government set new rule every year, if people do not have tests, they are not going to study these information which need to spend money and time.
By contrast, the shortage of test should not be ignored. At first, the budget of each government is limited. If traffic aspect will be invested funds to support exam, the tax can not enough. So citizens will pay more tax for it which make discontent with the government more intense. In addition, drive is a practical skill. Traffic has many sudden situation that people can not study from class and test. It will let driver lack of ability to respond to unexpected situations since they only concentrate on exam.
With what was discussed, we can easily draw a conclusion that also exam per year can make some benefit in the transport aspect, but its adverse impact on the whole society is more notable.
