It is considered by many that the usage of drinkable water should be controlled by government, whereas there are also supporters of approaching this task selectively, it is unrealistic to put restriction on consuming water and ergo, our focus should be exclusavely on maintaining the behaviour of using water.
On the one hand, our guilt conscience and requirements of water usage make us sense of duty towards water. Over the centuries humans have been overexploiting nature through wasting water, unsustainable logging and land conservation. Such terms as nature rights and enviromental laws were coined to observe the extend of irreversable damage inflicted by us. Not only did the harm cause the lack of water, deforestation and a burden of guilt, but also manifested the fundamentally important side of water suppliment in tackling desertification by dispersing tree seeds and therefore stabilizing the earthʼs climate. To suggest that we better conserve water is ,in this sense to assuage our own guilt and acknowladge our need for nature
On the other hand , irrespective of how much noble the idea above may sound, its overrealistic and ineffective nature makes already unviable , the raeson for this neither unlimited financial sources nor modern technologies may remake the water by cleaning it. In accordance with which only those supplements can survive and to be usable ,in other words if the water is damaged by harmful lights of the sun and becomes a steer it will likely doomed to unavailable with or without human intervention. Furthermore the best protection we can offer to use water carefully and be aware of water needs keeping this mind , a more pragmatic approach would be channel efforts towards regulating the water usage instead.
To conclude ,i bellieve that we cannot ensure the saving water but still can save amount of water in a selective manner
