It is said that happiness is all about owning a huge amount of money. While I admit that having a large amount of money contributes to our happy life, I strongly believe that there are some cases that money cannot play a role.
Some people may argue that money brings happiness. Admittedly, person who owns money can solve 80% of problems that prevent from finding contentment. Getting rid of any problems may appear as a fortune for people who are entangled with difficulties in life. Moreover, having money leads to a better lifestyle, superior education and it enables access to healthcare and provides further possibilities. The majority of people consider money as a power that gives opportunities of investments in various ways and material possessions that are the goal of some individuals who finds joy having them.
I, however hold the view that having large sums of money does not bring a full joy. The reason for this is that there are many other elements that are the true images of happiness such as healthy relationships, overall well-being, and personal values. Some achieve a satisfaction and fulfillment by hobbies, personal goals, challenging yourself and finding purpose of living even without the need for financial budget. For example, there are a number of people who feel delighted after a short conversation with beloved ones, rather than buying objects or simply looking at their bunch of money.
In conclusion, although money can be seen as a form of pleasure in some aspects, I would argue that there are other important factors that contribute to happiness such as robust health and lasting relationships.
