There are different opinions about hard work and determination create success. While others think that talent is important for achieving success, I believe that hard working is foundation of success.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why many people support that more and more success things are achieved by talent. Firstly, nowadays, there are a lot of different challenging fields all over the world, hence, people can spend more times for learning this subject, however, if people have some talents, they can learn more quickly than others. In short, talent save time. Particularly, natural speakers should have talent. Secondly, more and more people can achieve success by talent very early. For example, Messi has plenty of rewards in football and Mozart played many musics when he was a child, because they were prodigies.
On the other hand, I think that achieving success is very difficult and it demand some hard working and determination, may be discipline. The reason is that these aspects increase people’s practices. If people learn some things very much with hard working and determination, they have faithful and skills. For instance, my friend Tom never believe talant, he always tries to study with discipline and hard working and reliance is created by this him. Besides that 90 percent of successful people have not talent, they always think one thing- “achieve goals”, such as Ronaldo is the best football player in the world by hard working.
In conclusion, although some people argue that talent is based on hard working, therefore, it is very important, I reckon that hard working and determination create talent.
