Some would presume that we are extending to much money on preserving instead of pay attention to new buildings. In my view, we are buy a new buildings better than spending to much money for old builds.
First of all, spending a lot of money for old builds is lead to rised expense, rather than that pay attention to new buildings is superior. Repair of buildings in need of repair is useless, beacuse after some time it can return to its original state. Rather than spend old structures, it is good we spend which modern buildings. As a result, we can save our time. Therefore, i disagree old builds restoration.
A new buildings purchase have so many comforts. First of all, if the house built solidly, people could live for so long. On the other hand mainly a new buildings are located to modern cities and this open a new chance door. For example, they can get acquainted a new friends, neighbours or colleagues. As a byproduct, those can find new jobs, meet new innovation or get information about the city where they live.
In conclusion, pay attention for old buildings is not quite right, rather than that, better with friends starting a new life in a new place
