For example, in developed countries, women’s participations has increased the leve of productivity and innovation. This proves that women plays a vital role in civilization and the social fabric.
Another important reason why women should persue professional careers is that they can have positive influence on future generations. The main idea behind this is that knowledgeable and successful women can raise and inspire younger generations.
