In recent years remote work is most common and more demanding. it is argue that work from home has some benefits whereas it also has some drawbacks. I strongly agree that work from home are beneficial that drawbacks. I will discuss my point of view with logical points.
There are number of reason why believes that work from are better than office first and foremost point is that it reduce our time also traffic problem , for instance employers are easily work in home and saves their money for travel .In addition it can reduce noise pollution. Secondly it gives more flexibility to employer for an example; people can handle both work and household activates at same times. Moving to the next point many company can hire employer from different countries so they can find the most talented employer who are live in far away from them, for an example London reputed company hire employer who live in Australia, in addition it also increase good communication between company and worker. Consequently it also benefit for the office such as company can saving utilize. Electrics and others stuff.
However, despite this argument it has also some demerits such it make worker isolation and they have not good communication skill. Apart from worker facing trouble to handle their professional work and household work as a result they become distraction and get in depression.
In conclusion considering the factors discussed above, I believes that work from has make our easy and more comfortable and lots of benefit such as saving our time , handle both work and household actives, however there are some downwards that we cannot denied it but employer and company should more awares about their work and employers need.
