Accepting challenging situations such as career and financial ones are often seen as a passport to a positive lifestyle. However, toleration or acceptence of such situations is not the optimal choice, instead showing effort to make difficult things easier is a better choice.
In any aspect, trying hard to make every hard situation better is the best. By doing so, people may reduce the complexity level of the situation they were in or even completely overcome it. For instance, some people experience financial problems, only accepting the situation would not help the person at all, taking more responsibility, or extra jobs to do is a better choice because it would not only benefit the person by increasing their financial wellbeing, it would also give them motivation. In addition, some individuals have to stay and work in a job they dislike this trend may end up with negative emotions. In this kind of situations, accepting the problem would only make things worse over time. Instead, people should try to change their situation by looking for a new job or improving their skills. For example, they can take courses or learn something new which can help them find a better opportunity. As a result, they may feel more satisfied and motivated in their career.
On the other hand, it is also true that in some cases, accepting a difficult situation is necessary. Not all problems are solvable, especially when people have limited choices. For instance, someone may not be able to leave their job due to financial responsibilities. In such cases, accepting reality is the best. Therefore, a balance between acceptance and effort is important.
In conclusion, although accepting difficult situations can be sometimes useful. I believe people should try their best to improve such conditions.
