There is an ongoing debate regarding whether to accept difficult situations or to strive for a better life. A group of individuals believes that living a bad life is a choice, while others argue that we can change our circumstances to create a new world. Therefore, I will discuss both views in this essay.
Examining the former opinion, the primary argument that supporters put forward is that people feel upset when searching for employment. This is because they only accept everything that life has given them. Additionally, they believe that when citizens find work that they do not enjoy, they continue to survive only by working. For example, every individual has significant capabilities, but they are unable to develop their skills due to a lack of self-confidence. Thus, while improvement is necessary, many people do not seem to be aware of it.
On the contrary, proponents of the latter opinion have their own arguments. To begin with, they claim that individuals have many opportunities to choose how to be the best version of themselves throughout their lives. For instance, an employee who earns a good salary but finds their office environment uncomfortable may decide to leave and seek a new job where they can feel satisfied and happy. Moreover, rather than struggling in a difficult situation, it is often better to make changes for self-improvement.
In conclusion, there are compelling arguments both for and against accepting difficult circumstances. However, I certainly favor the latter opinion.
