It is often argued that some people it is best to accept a challenging situation, such as a job they resent or shortage of money. While others believe that improving the situation is a better solution. I personally acknowledge the second opinion rather than the first one, because it builds personality and makes the person able to face most kinds of circumstances.
Proponents of those who rather accept the situation as it is than making an effort to developpe or improve the situation believe that it is useless to try for something they know a higher possibility they can not accomplish. This kind of thoughts or behavior drop the humans confidence and their capabilities or achieving their goals. For instance, if you ask successful personalities the question on how did they achieve the things they have now. The most likely answer they give is that they were not afraid and actually tried.
In the other hand, people who do not accept or believe that they are trapped by life challenges, are the most likely to succeed. As a result for their mindset and mentality, once they try on improving or accomplishing a goal and fail, they decide to redouble their efforts and exhibit the resilience until satisfaction. In fact, the majority of resilient people are happy because of they moved and made an effort either succeeded or not.
In conclusion, accepting your situation as it is and surrendering at first is not a reasonable choice. However, those who do not accept failure are the most likely to accomplish in their careers.
