Although both opinions have their own reasons, personally, I think this trend can advance the relationships between cultures.
One the one hand, people trust the truth that many countries will lose their national identities in the process of national contacts. This can be explained by when intergrating, we often learn things that are widely popular. A typical example is learning English. Now, everyone rushes to study English , a popular language around the world so people will pay less effort to improve thier mother tounge. Besides, the emergence of global trends also affects countries significantly. For instance, a numerous groups of young people imitate the foreign fashion styles which can be incompatible with traditional custom. These have lead to the extinction of traditional value and the loss of cultural diversity.
On the other hand, I argue that boosting cross-cultural interaction is advantageous. First, we can not overlook the financial problem and exchanges overseas will be a great economic leap. By way of example, importing goods aboard for domestic business and exporting domestic products will help the economy grow remarkbly than just domestic trade. Moreover, this trend also better the relationship between nations to minimize the radical war, thereby, the young have ideal environment to understand foreign cultures. This is quite similar to the situation of two close friends who rarely argue, on the contrary they are completely comfortable with other personality.
In conclusion, I personally believe that enhancing business and cultural contacts between countries is the wiser choice in this day. Not only would it enable us to develop economy, but it would also give us cultural initiatives and peaceful life.
