In this growing world women are always consider equal to men in all prospects therefore females should be given equal chance to prove themself that they can serve their country by taking part or joining in the army, the navy and the air force but a bunch of group does not think same they consider men should only take part in the arm force thus i completely disagree and relevant point for such is mention in ensuing paragarph.
Firstly,society encouraging females to start their career in military forces such as the army,navy,airforce.Welcoming all genders in employment opportunities is positive energy.On the one hand,girls are giving best competition to the men from the school education.As a result, they are building self-confidence,choosing the way of career paths.Such as, after intermediate education government offering very good jobs in the sector of the army ,navy and airforce.For instance in air strike against the other country lead by India had three female air fighter.
However, the majority of the community supporting women to attend military programmes as leading well for the nation.Also,government create a separate reservation quota for interesting candidates.This can be very beneficial fulfil resource constraints in army,navy and airforce platforms.Even nowadays government conduct semminar in school,collage and university to promote women to take part in arm force.
In conclusion,offering women to join the army,navy is a good thought.Although it would provide more strength for the country and women are consider equally men therefore female should be given fair and equal chance.
