Nowadays, it is clear that some are work ethic. From my perspective, hard working is positive characteristic without a doubt.
In the first place, personal goals or ambitions, sense of responsibility and upbringing should be main reason to be hard working. If people have priorities, they will not reach them without working. As well as, upbringing is vital conception. For example, other teenagers rely on their parents’ help, while diligents will be educated and believe themselves, and it helps that children will grow up with power to reach these goals motivates them to work hard.
These individuals are active and responsible in everywhere, especially in community projects. In addition to, people are more likely hard-working when they have interests their work. Enjoying work and study make easier activity.
In the same way, fear of failure is also cause of work ethic. All people want to work in high-quality jobs and get better salaries to live in standard lifestyle with their families. For instance, if I have not qualification degree or language certificate, I will not find better quality work. Because of requirements, people are hard working at right now.
To conclude, every individual should be hardworking. Hard-working is productive temperament at people’s life to achieve success.
