Opinion is divided on whether specialized workers should receive more pay than celebrities in sports and entertainment. While some people go against this idea, I firmly believe that working professionals should receive higher salaries.
Granted, one might argue that those working in the entertainment industry require natural abilities. This seems reasonable because becoming a star in sports and entertainment is extremely difficult and takes a lot of time, so the contribution of such people to the entertainment industry is very remarkable. However, this line of reasoning fails to mention that physicians must also spend a lot of time studying to be able to treat patients. For instance, in this pandemic situation countless people have suffered from a deadly disease such as coronavirus, while our respectable medical practitioners have been working for the day fully and we only believe these men only. Therefore, these respectable and life saviors should be paid more wages.
It is also noteworthy that professionals in the medical and educational domains frequently have a significant role in the success of athletes and entertainers. In order to provide proper care for the many injuries that athletes may sustain over their careers, it is imperative that they have access to an elite medical team composed of physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals. Teachers may also play a critical part in the training of actors or even vocalists. In particular, rising stars in the disciplines could not prosper if they don’t learn acting or singing methods from the best in these domains.
In conclusion, whereas professionals in the workforce ought to be paid more including spend a lot of time studying and hard training time
