There is a widely held perception in many parts of the world today that professional employees, such as medical staff and teachers, play a fundamental role in the society, a situation that requires to rise their salaries more than other workers. From my perspective, the idea is completely justifiable due to their immense effort in the medical field and continuous learning longlife. In the following paragraphs, I will illustrate the advantages of this position.
One point which I believe to be absolutely pivotal is the fact that doctors and nurses spend their lives working long hours. In other words, medical professionals provide valuable efforts to treat and monitor patients suffering from various diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension, in hospitals and care departments. For example, in the USA, many physician and other medical team members miss new year celebrations and parties with their families due to their responsibilities and commitments toward patients. This example clearly shows that medical professionals has a crucial position in the society because of their profound impact on many life aspects. Therefore, they need to earn a considerable amount of money as a respect to their dedication.
Another reason that can be seen by everyone is that most of doctors and nurses educating and learning throughout their lives instead of being an active person in social events with their relatives and friends. For instance, having to pay a substantial amount of money for tuition fees, medical field members will complain from their tight budget according to the earnings that they achieved them due to their needs to register in training sessions and international exams. Hence, it is obvious that government should plan to redistribution of financial dues in more fairly way between workers in different sectors depending on the value of their striving to enhance public services.
In conclusion, I am totally agree that physician and nurses should be paid more compared with other individuals in sports and entertainments fields, as we must appreciate their efforts and their need of spontaneous education.
