Some people believe that several individuals are born with talents and personalities to be a successful leaders while others claim individuals can acquire leadership skills set through learning it.In this essay I will considers both arguments and concludes with my opinions.
There are several reasons to convince people that some individuals are naturally good leaders.Firstly,most successful leaders have something common in their personalities such as optimistic,decisive and patient.Besides, it is obviously that everyone was born with different personalites which they can inherit from their parents and to some people characteristic to be a good leader are prominence in their overall personality.Therefore it may make them suitable to become leaders who can manage and boost other to lead its team to achive success.For instance, General Vo Nguyen Giap who was not learning through any professional class before become a military leader of Vietnam during Vietnam War and has achieved many success and respect.
On the other hand,individual still can acquire knowledge and skill set related to leadership through learning.Students can approach and practice these kind of skills when they are doing a parttime job or doing teamwork in universities.Additionally with workers, they can learn leadership skills through advanced classes which teaching different skills such as management,collaboration,communication with employees,….Therefore not everyone is natural successful leaders as there are many enviroments for them to learn and grow those skills.Especially when a person wants to improve their personal professional skills to achive more success,they can be anyone they wants as long as they trying and keep learning.
In conclusion, natural personalities and talents are important to make a an ideal leader however i think it not a determine factor.Therefore,people still can become a successful leader through learning and practicing leadership skills in differnent enviroments.
