Certain individuals contend that the most effective way to motivate and support people to work hard is to allocate them based on how much they output and sell. I strongly disagree with this statement, because in some cases people’s salary doesn’t depend on how much they produce.
First of all, in certain jobs the performance cannot be determined by their sales. For example, teachers most of the time focus on students’ work and should provide feedback. It means that their performance does not rely on production, instead of this they focus on learners’ satisfaction. As well there are variety of jobs like teachers which their efficiency depend on communication skills.
Additionally, there are diverse of nature conditions which effect to the production of workers. It means that it can destroys their labor that can be a result of injustice. For instance, extreme weathers can devastate all of the works of humans, in spite of their many spending hours of work. It is a negative effect to the employees, because it leads to injustice around the workers. That is why I hold the view that pay them based on their rapport to others and love for work.
In conclusion, there are other different aspects of encouraging people to work hardly. It does not only rely on their production, conversely managers should to motivate them by their interactions with others and how well they do their work. Employers should to look at customer satisfaction and understanding
