Some members of young generation tend to leave their own country and are willing to live in the developed states, however, the members of old generation stay in their mother land. This case brings many problems such as brain drain and the best way to tackle this issue will be discussed in this essay.
Nowadays, increasing number of young people leave their country and this situation mostly happen in the countries which ones are less developed countries. This situation can bring many big problems such as brain draining. Young people who are well-educated, hard-working and open-minded are mostly willing to leave their country, since they think that living in their own country cannot contribute their future career. This case can have negative impact on the economy of country. Companies, industries and enterprises can be affected negatively. In the future of those states, there can be deficiency of well-educated, physically healthy and young work force, since most of population mainly consist of old and ignorance people. If there are not or are limited number of educated, innovative people, these countries cannot develop fast. For example, the countries such as Iran, Pakistan and India suffer from brain drain.
The most effective and realistic solution might be issued and applied by the government. Firstly, the government can encourage young people with higher salary and reducing working hours, which can motivate young employees to stay and work in their own countries. In addition, the government can open new work places such as companies, enterprises and organizations for hiring many young, educated workers. Moreover, education and living standards can be improved by the government and this can stimulate people not leaving country. The state can provide holidays as a reward of hard- work and can meet all expenses from state budget. Hence, there may not be any reason to leave the country. For example, in some countries, namely Finland, Norway and Switzerland young people satisfy with facilities, which are provided in their own country.
In conclusion, young people leaving the country is the considerable problem in the less developed countries, because of brain drain and the effective solution is improving the level of living standards to encourage young people to stay in the mother land.
