There is a disagreement among people that space exploration is very expensive and the money can be used for more crucial things instead of space exploration projects. I strongly disagree with this opinion. Personally I believe all expenses for the name of science should be seen extremely useful and precious.
Firstly, the reason why believe that money of the government should be spent on space projects is that i think development of a counrty starts with the technology enhancements in the fields of science, mathematics, astronomy and space. A counrty cannot develop without creating, exploring and researching and the greatest research and technology in our days lies in space. Also, having a budget for these kinds of projects does not mean that ther will be no money fot other essential need of citizens. Although it may seem like space exploration does not benefit people, in the long term it can even have the meaning a new home for humans.
Additionally, I must say that I see these space projects as some sort of a cold war strategy. In the old days countries used to fight with some guns, knifes and ships. But nowadays, the war is done with space exploration vehicles and science projects. Money should be spent on these researchs so that the country can be represented in the world as a strong and independent one which will eventually affect the countries’ social and economic conditions.
To sum up, space exploration is a very essential thing for a country and spending money on science does not necessarily mean that there will be no money left for other things. It will create an image that the counrty is self sufficient and pays the required attention to important projects. Also a possibility of a new world can be obtained from these research which will definetly benefit human.
