In this day and age, as technology has been developing at a rapid pace, it enables humans to conduct research and experiments in space. However, it is believed that there has been an inessential expenditure on space exploration while the demand for other vital things have not been fulfilled yet. This essay partly agrees with the statement because besides consulting about exploring space, humans should also sustain their well-being on their own planet.
On the one hand, attempting to discover outer space introduces a range of benefits. Firstly, as technology has developed significantly in recent years, it helps humans to bring their dreams of exploring space to reality and fulfil their curiosity, resulting in a desire to become more advanced and modern in terms of technology. For instance, the desire to explore has rendered the invention of space stations, rockets and other technologies alternate in recent decades. Additionally, this development has created resources and references for academic purposes as well as motivation for young generations. To exemplify this, we can look at how images of the space are used in curriculums and how it inspires people to never stop wondering about their own existence and potential.
On the other hand, spending an expenditure on other essential things also offers certain advantages. Significantly, instead of investing an expense on space exploration, governments can use it to solve poverty, an alarming problem that has not been directed thoroughly and properly for a long time.
