In this day and age, stress and pressure have become a broad issue for the general public and have caused a lot of problems that affect of all ages, from students to retirees. In this essay, I will explore the ways in which different age groups experience and cope with stress, and discuss the role of education and social support in managing stress. Discussed below are several argument in favor of my perspectives.
In the first place, students of all ages are under pressure with exams at school because education system is changing. They must undergo many challanges such as difficult exercise, spend all your times studying, limit time for breaks and hobbies, high concentration to able to understand all subjects. Their life is full of stress. However, they can completely cope with it, they can share with their best friend who willing to listen and give useful advice for them. Besides, listening to music is also a simple but extremely a effective way to reduce stress for teenagers. Apart from that, working professionals deal with job-related pressures and financial strain. In today’s modern society, they have to compete for attractive work opportunities and high salary. Nevertheless, they can release stress by finding a suitable day for themselves, they can go shopping, watch movies, do everything they like. It is wonderful! Last but no least, retiress might feel stress from health issues or feeling of isolation. But they will probaly be happy to have old friend to company them, they exercise in the morning together, play chess or maybe watch football.
On the other hand, education and society are play important and essential role in our life. Initially, education about stress relief techniques for different age groups. In fact, many programes are organized to educate the community to stay away from pressure and create an effective timetable. For instance, my school is organized “pressure prevention and control”, consequently, it brings many useful knowledge for peers. Furthermore, the importance of social connections in reducing feelings of overwhelm. For example, social and family relationships with be the motivation to overcome everything and try to succeed in life. Likewise, schools, workplaces, and community centers playing roles in offering coping resources.
