Nowadays, there is a significant growth in the number of sports professionals and many of them are more highly paid than other professions. Some people think that this is totally fair while others argue that this is unjustified. In this essay, I will elucidate both views and finally give my opinion.
First and foremost, jobs relating to sports require a great deal of effort in terms of practicing. It is undeniable that when individuals want to become an authority on sport careers, they have to practice days and nights which is extremely exhausting. In addition, these jobs also involve risks in both practicing and competition. Apparently, if they are not trained properly, they may easily get injured which could be dangerous to not only their health but also their career path. Moreover, to become a successful athletes, ones must pay enormous fees to learn the skills needed in their sports games. Thus, many people think that it is totally justified for sport professors to have high income.
On the other hand, some people argue that it is unfair when workers in other important professions earn less money than successful sports professionals. In fact, many professions demand innovative minds and creative ways of thinking, which is really hard to some people. However, they are sometimes not paid equally according to their abilities. Additionally, these careers are challenging as their competitive characteristics. As a matter of fact, there are an increasing number of excelent people in those jobs which make it even tougher for them to make a living. However, this issues could be solved if the government concerned more about the working conditions of these people and implemented policies which facilitate other professions.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that it is clearly justified when sports professionals earn a huge sum of money on the grounds of their efforts and hard work. Nevertheless, other professions should also be considered seriously in order to create a more balance world.
