Nowadays, youngsters tend to have a leading position in various aspects, which in the past was more common in older generation. The main reasons for these developments can be explained by the fact that people today have more freedom and less strict environment, which allows humankinds to express themselves and develop leading skills from a young age. Additionally, now many universities and schools are offering classes where they teach you to be a leader. From my perspective, this is a positive development, as I believe that the younger generation knows how to motivate and demonstrete a positive outcome efficiently
In modern world, parents allow their children from a young age to socialise, try differnt things, which were not same before. There was a different mentality before that was limiting teens’ abilities and talents, as legal guardians did not support their child’s interests. As a result, they grew up less confident and gained that self-esteem later in life by slowly seeing new things. Secondly, in today’s world, there are courses that teach people to lead at schools and other education centers. For example, in American schools, students have choisec on a variety of classes that are connected to management and leading. These changes are definetely advantageous with fast-changing world, we need a more sufficient method to find solutions to our problems. Additionally, younger adults tend to be more productive and have a better ability to cope with stress, due to the fact that, they have a better immune system and health. Older people have a higher chance of having a heart attack or a stroke, which might negatively affect on people who are following him.
In conclusion, more younger people today are leaders compared to past time, because they have a better environment in which they can develop this skill, which is a positive change in this world
