It is expected that robots have a profound impact on shaping humankind in the future, however, some individuals are concerned about the consequences that they can have on society. Therefore, this essay will give the reasons why I lean toward the former.
One advantage that robots bring to our lives is that they help people do housework more easily than in the past. Historically, human beings had to spend a lot of time cleaning their house; however, on this day, by accessing smart sensors, people can cut down on their time because robots support them in completing housework quickly regardless of any duties. For example, cleaning robots are well-known products that help owners tidy their houses in a period as short as possible. Additionally, robots also provide a lot of useful data to users due to their intelligence, they can give us answers with nearly absolute accuracy. Instead of researching information for a long time, robots provide the data for a few minutes, then human beings can save much time doing other works
However, robots are expected to cause individuals to rely on them so much and become lazier. Overreliance on them makes people reduce their ability to think critically and thoughtfully, it is demonstrated that more and more young people graduate with essays written by robots. Nevertheless, universities and schools might prevent this problem from happening by applying technologies that help recognize whether the essays are done manually or not. If these proposals are done, this drawback of using robots will be eliminated.
