Some people believe that young people who commit crimes should be treated differently. The law for criminals should not be equally implemented on all ages. However, I could not agree with this statements due to fairness values that should be eructed.
First of all, everyone has the same rights againts the law. Every crimes have their own victim who had to get the justice no matter what ages the perpetrator is. If we talked about murder case commit by a young man, and he got released due to protecting by law cause underage. It would be not fair for the victim. There would be no detterent effect for the suspect. It can lead to generation with perpestictive that it is right to commit a crime, if you are young.
Furthermore, even for underage criminals, if they have already commited a crime, he/she must take rensposibilites upon their actions. There should be no commutation in law by reason they are underage. Moreover, it will contribute to a dramatic rise of criminalitas conducted by young people. For example, in many countries, when bullied are done by teenager, the law states that they should be released from punishment. As a result, bullying case flourished everywhere. The minor one does not have to worry about performing such crimes, cause they got proctection by law.
In conclusion, the law for underage people should be not take differently with the adults, cause everyone has the same right in policy of law. If someone brave enough to do criminal things, whatever their ages is, should be take properly and based on regulations.
