There is an argument that the private spaces of famous people has been violated by an interest of ordinary people who want to know every steps of public figures and celebrities, whereas I believe that the media company has their choice to report that story. If they have an interest on this topic, they will more focus on that story.

Paying attention to the famous people, it is an interest from the ordinary people which like to follow the lifestyle and news of these people, and consequently makes the media having a role to report. Most people, especially youth, have pop stars as their role model and they love to follow these idols every lifestyle. Likewise, there is an interest in the love affairs. The public have intention to know the family story of famous people as their entertainment as we be seen that many of famous news, especially in Thailand, are the love stories of actor or actress.

In contrast, while it is an interest of the public knowing the stories of superstars life, the media play the significant role to pay more attention to the famous people since they have a choice to report the news. Therefore, the mass media company choose to report lifestyles and stories of famous people as their interest which one of the reasons to report is income that can be made from the widespread story such as an scandal news.

In conclusion, even though people might want to know the stoery of famous people, the mass media are the key factor to pay attention to the personal life of the famous people as having an interest from the media company. Therefore, I agree with the statement that these media pay too much attention to the private spaces of public figures.
