overall, whether Australians or a foreigner, both had the highest percentage of living in the cities within the period given. furthermore, the most significant difference between 1995 and 2010 is with the citizens who are living in the rural areas.

in 1995, half of native Australians lived in the city, this figure increased slightly to 65% in 2010. meanwhile, foreign-born who were living in the city had a more significant number over the period, 60% and 80% respectively.

the percentage of native people who were living in the rural areas was much higher in 1995, starting at 30% but dropped to less than 20% in 2010. on the other hand, the foreign-born figure started from 40% before falling dramatically to 5% in the second year. lastly, a similar shink in the figure for people who were living in town areas, both rates decreased in the second year to less than 20%, whether it’s native or foreign.
