The Internet should be used more for education purposes. In this essay I will discuss about why I agree with that claim.The Internet has made the life for humanity much easier. Nowadays, we do many of our daily tasks just by doing a few clicks while in the past people used to spend hours or even days to do the same tasks. However, there are some areas that hasn’t been affected by The Internet. One of these areas is our education system. The school system has been basically the same since the Industrial revolution. Children still sit in classrooms and a teacher explain certain topics to them. However, govenments can significantly improve the system by introducing more online elements to it. For instance, In the twenty first century, there is no need for children to go to school everyday. By holding classes onilne, a significant amount of both parents and their children time can be saved and also traffic and air pollution can be reduced. Another improvement that can be done by integrating The Internet into our education system is personalized lessons. Every child is unique in their own way, but our school system treats everyone the same. To illustrate my point, some children are better in some lessons and are worse in others. By introducing online personalized lessons, we can improve their performance by focusing on the weaker subject and not repeating lessons that they already know.
There are also another ways to make learning more efficient for children. One way is to encourage children to socialize more. Many children hate the school because they don’t have any friends. If these children learn communication skills, they can express their ideas more clearly and discuss more about their lessons with their friends, adn as a result, their performance in school will improve.
In conclusion, I believe by integrating The Internet into the current education system, we can make schooling more efficient.
