A section of society believes that individuals ought to be at least 21 years of age before they are permitted to ride a car.in my opinion I agree to the statement that it should be mandatory that only populace at the age of 21 are allowed to drive a four wheeler.

one of the compelling rationale’s to advocate the statement is that majority of the people completes their college education at the age of 21 which makes them matured enough to understand the road safety.in many countries individuals in the age of 18 are given license to drive a vehicle which is not a constructive way. only by completing their graduation students will get the awareness about the rules and regulations of the traffic. students are matured enough at this age to realise the importance of road awareness

another salient consideration is the increased number of accidents caused by the teenagers below the age of 20. a recent incident to back the statement is the infamous pune car crash, where a minor allegedly killed a person due to rash driving. the main culprits are the parents who gave illegal authority for their child to drive a car. this incident sums up the whole context that teens should become adults before they can attempt to drive a big vehicle in order to avoid these road accidents

in conclusion, to prevent the number the road accidents, car crash and rash driving the policymakers should frame a crucial policy regarding the road safety and should impose strict fines on those people who fails to adhere to the rules and regulations, and promote campaigns and general awareness about the traffic regulations.
