It is clear that while males preferred action films, females preferred romantic comedies. We can also see that the sales percentage of action and comedy tickets were significantly high.
Looking at the bar chart in detail, it can be seen that action, during the year of 2010 thriller and science fiction movies are mostly preferred by men. The number is 40, 15, 10 for males and 25, 10, 5 for females respectively. Gender of audience whose prefer comedy and western movies are equal, at 20% and 10% respectively. While 30% of women’s favourite film genre is romantic comedies, only 5% of the audience consist of men.
In the year 2010, 49% and 24% of sold tickets were consisted of action and comedy movies according to the pie chart. On the other hand, while percentage of the sold tickets for romantic comedies were 12, tickets for thriller type of fims were 10%. Only 5% of tickets were sold for other kind of movies
