Every country is known for its rich Heritage. But, nowadays most of the countries are having similar cultures. This could be mainly because a lot people are settling in foreign countries and are developing their own tradition. I feel, this brings a positive development as it would encourage more citizens to move abroad to achieve their dreams.
To begin with, teenagers are flying across different countries to achieve their goals. The number of immigrants are increasing over the years. This would allow them to form their own community in outside countries. Therefore, setting new trends for all to follow. For instance, Canada’s majority of population is from India, and recently the government announced Diwali as one of its national holidays. In addition, due to advancement in social media everyone across the globe tend to follow whats trending currently on these applications. Hence, even if your living miles apart the lifestyle remains same.
Since, traditions around the world are getting same it would become comfortable for people of all age groups to move away from their homes. Often, people hesitate to leave their families and travel abroad for studies or work, as the difference in lifestyle would make them unhappy and they would feel homesickness. However, if cultures are similar they would be motivated to do so. For example, I was initially scared to do my Masters in Canada but after researching about the place and i felt better than before.
