In various nations around the world, some humans think that the increase of tourism will promote English to become the unique existing language. While there is clearly a drawback to this, I personally believe that the benefits are more significant.
The disadvantage of having one spoken language may close all the doors that lead us to understand more about our history, our culture and our legacy. The reason is that all the world would be changed. Therefore, our identity in the future will not be the same.
On the other hand, one of the major advantages is that all countries, in particular; all people will be able to communicate with each other. For example, when people travel they always need the internet for translation or hire an unnecessary guide to do the job. However, imagine a person has the ability and freedom to do whatever he wants at any time and talk to whomever without a need of anything. As a result, the experiences would be different but in a better way.
In addition to that, racism would find no more place in this life, in human eyes all will be the same, no more discrimination. Consequently, we will be one great power instead of being divided into communities, and each one looks for his good.
In conclusion, the advantages are of greater significance than the disadvantage. Despite the fact that speaking one language has a potential risk on traditions, all nations have the chance to be on one hand because they would all be heard and understood. Given this situation, it is recommended that the government should encourage more English to be the link between all the world.
