The status gap between wealthy and poor in the society is noticeable such as those who have family trees, continuing their fate whether rich or poor. This essay will explore the problems and propose sustainable solutions.
To begin with, the more time passes, the more the way we live changes drastically, in particular a lifestyle. A perfect example we can observe is living in a metropolitan like Jakarta or Paris which is fully crowded with people, spending differently between well-off and poor inhabitants.
On the one hand, it causes a major problem that the gap is easily seen. The old money becomes richer due to the privilege they have, for example those parents who have power, they will continue it to their childrens, therefore the power will always remain and never lose. On the other hand, the destitute people persist in producing kids and continue the poverty, as a result, there will two opposites whether they stuck in their deprivation because of lack power or one of their children could go to prestigious institute and get hired by a great company so the family will have better finance.
Despite these concerns, there are ways to mitigate the negative effects of these differences.. Firstly, local authorities should free education fees and open more job opportunities so that all people can have the same chance. Secondly, They can raise taxes and fees for those who have the greatest income and contribute them to the people who need it.
To summarize, the contrast with one rich and one either side of poor is visible, particularly in big cities due to the privilege and continuing their family trees. To address this issue, the government should take action for tax and education, hence there will not be a gap.
