Many people advocate that the governments should allocate more funding to accelerate sport and art in school compared to communities. Personally, I partly disagree with this opinion as sponsoring professional events in communities can significantly develop the overall entertainment industry, although investing in art subjects in school may promote the number of qualified students.
To begin with, sponsoring organizing entertainment events may contribute to the national development in sports and art. Such events can attract a substantial number of fans and encourage people to pursue entertaining career. Therefore, countries’ entertainment industry could globally gain greater recognition, enhancing national sports and arts. Moreover, this trend can provide a considerable resource to meet the huge demands for entertainment in the modern era. For example, Qatar host World Cup 2022 regardless of heavy financial cost. As a result, the country not only improve their football field but also indoctrinate its culture and gain international reputation. Consequently, allocating national budgets to sports and art events in communities can both enhance domestic entertainment and be more well-known.
On the other hand, the opponents argue that investing in promoting sort and art in school brings greater benefits. This seems reasonable as this approach can provide the national students with sold foundation of art and sport. Therefore, the national entertaining workforce is considerable reinforced due to the high standard of sport and art that their population possesses. For instance, German is well-known for their significant number of professional artists. This phenomenon is driven by the artists’ compassion and talents, which thanks to the budgets that German allocate to art subject in school. Hence, spending on sport and art in school provide countries with qualified human resources in the entertainment industry.
In conclusion, despite the strong workforce that promoting sport and art have, I think the advantages of investing in organizing communities’ events outweigh its benefits due to the substantial enhancement in the entertainment industry. Moreover, this approach can give some talent students that are unfocused on education in school a second chance to pursue their careers.
