Band 4+: The growth of online shopping will one day lead to all shops in towns and cities closing. Do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

The unprecedented thriving rates of online shopping may pave the way one day for all real shops in metropolitans to be closed. I entirely convinced that electronic shopping will dominate the market for a variety of reasons.

A valid reason to develop for escalating the intention toward increaing online stores is that not only is online shopping cost-effective and customers. In terms of store owners, apart from saving the money that was allocated for renting, they will save the bills of different utilities, such as electricity bills. Regarding customers, the will have a tremendous opportunity to afforade commodity prices by selecting the best one for them; for instance, if anyone need to purchase a smartphone, they can conveniently explore different venders stors in a website, such as Amazon, then choose according to their budget insted of resticted to a one price at real shops.

Another point to be considered, there are a diversty of products, offering virtual shopping. To elaborate, Although real stores require a huge space to be able to exhibit a variety of products, with virtual selling, retailers have been empowered to offer millions of commodities that are originated from different countries in a one store; resulting in huge profit can be gained from selling to the whole world. As for individuals, they can thrill their pastimes from home, doing their shopping. For example, people can wear Virtual Reality glasses, browsing three-dimensianal online stores. Hence, they will mostly able to allocate shopping time to other useful activities, such as taking online courses.

In conclusion, the advantages of virtual shopping, including saving budget of people and cost of utilitهes, in conjunction with the possibility to exihibt a plethora of goods at one website, pose a powerful threat for real stores to be demolished in the future.
