Due to longer life span,people are forced to work at their retirement phase.Many commentators are of the view that they agree whereas others feel that people should join the work from a younger age as a solution.Despite arguments to the contrary,I feel that it is not only beneficial for people but also for society.
From the individual perspective,the first advantage of starting work at a younger age is that they don’t have to rely on their parents.This is because people have financial security in the very beginning stage of their life.Secondly they can save more assets for their future.This ensures that they are not compelled to work during older age,when most people are suffering from health complications such as blood pressure,diabetic and low energy.
In addition,starting a career early,means that people have the option to switch careers in any stage of life,as they would be still younger.For example,they might be able to move from one city to another for better opportunities. In modern times,companies are willing to train and invest more on younger employees,who will be able to stay with them for a longer period.In other words,people have chances of securing better jobs early in their life.
The main advantage from a social perspective is that the idea of this can be a strong solution to one of the biggest problems in our country is unemployment.A good illustration of this is that this solution has the power to reduce other social problems like drug addiction,smoking and eve-teasing.
