Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In modern society, majority of people rely on online communication; including social media and messaging apps. Nevertheless, it leads to noticeable decline in face to face interactions, particulary among young people. This essay will discuss issues caused by this development and propose some solutions more direct social engagement.

One of the main causes of the problem is weak social skill. What I mean by this is that when young people usually communicate online they loss confident in real life conversation. Moreover, it causes poor communication skill and social anixety. For example, if young children only learn virtual life, it would be difficult to communicate in the future. Anyway communication and social skills is one of the most essential things nowadays. The solution for the teachers to encourage social activities; including sports clubs, volantering project, teamwork, and school competition. Also, parents can limit screen time and inprove outdoor activities.

Another problem is emotional distance and lonliness. In other words, online communication lacks real emotional connection. Moreover, young people can feel themselves isolated even throght communicate online. For instance, people always communicate online and they understood online friends didn’t support each other. To tackle this issue school have to teach children about digital balance. In other words, parents and teachers should explain infortance of face to face innovation.

All things considered, online communication has become a much more alarming problem, due to the reasons such as the weak social skills, emotional distance, and lonliness. My view is the main responsibility for solving this problem lies on teachers and parents.
