In this days problems such as homelessness are rising in cities. To this issue cause is attributed to the soaring price of houses. To address the solution, government should provide cheaper housing options to citizens.
One of the main causes of the problem is that increasing payment of houses. By this, I mean many youngsters are moving from their parents to another country to improve their self confidence furthermore, leave on their zone comfort. However, when they rent apartments the owners of apartment may rise the payment.After paying high-priced homes they mostly spend their all of the cash do not using it to other any facilities. To illustrate, in 2012 students from Canada started to move to the United States cause of their education after same time it was known that students who relocated to the USA was faced lack of money as a result 45 per cent of students became homeless.
To tackle this issue, government should pass the law about decreasing the price of homes which would be valuable for residents. Also, it can be solve by administration if they rise awareness of owner apartment. For example, in 2007 it was reported in The Times that in the United Kingdom government to decrease the number of people who unhoused passed the law. After 5 years, this decision effected positively and the rate homelessness significantly declined from 58 per cent to 15 per cent.
In conclusion, unhoused citizens are becoming more and more,due to the reason such as, rising prices to rent for homes by owner apartment. My view is that the main responsibility for solving the problem lies with administration enacting legislation.
