The employment market nowadays is too competitive. Therefore it is easier to decide a field of education earlier, to employ on best job then. I absolutely agree on this statement.
Firstly, if people will analyze professions that may become mainstream in future, it can help to choose best job. By watching, and analyzing people can predict profession that might become too popular. By understanding that people might not have problems with excess amount of workers. That will kind of sort them, and will make it easier to choose work. Also, by having right amount of workers at one job it will make competition there less. Therefore if the competition decreases, it will increase the salary. Due to that every profession will be best for everyone.
Secondly, by choosing job as early as possible can save a lot of time. By choosing field to study at early people can have more time on preparation to that field. That will save a lot of time, because people will prepare not looking at time they have. Therefore, people will prepare more qualitatively, what might help to enter a good job. People will gain more knowledge by analyzing every text, and information given. That may help them to enter better work, because they will have sufficient knowledge.
In conlusion, it is better to decide which field to work in earlier. Due to choosing earlier people will have more time to prepare, and analyze. If people will spend that time beneficially it will help them to get good job.
