The industrial area of Norbiton has the town in the west, and a farmland in the north, adjacent to the river. The center has a roundabout consisting of factories, which extends from east to the middle. However, in the future, the farmland is shifted to northeast because the roundabout is planned to extend towards the north, crossing the river, and a small roundabout is also designed below the larger area center. Housing societies will be built in the places of factories and at the end of northern road extension, likewise, a playground and a new school will be constructed in the east of the center.
