Earning money can be classified as one of main activity which some or other way provides us with a purpose to be in this world. Up to a large extent, I disagree with the statement that the principal element of doing a job is how much money you earn in that particular employment.
To commence with, the most important thing about a job is whether the individual is really cheerful doing it or not; Somebody who is really delighted about the doings he is performing in his day to day life would automatically be satisfied. I guess the person who earning a great amount of money but subsequently he is not convinced with what he is doing or maybe trapped in a cage of toxic environment can lead to a hurtful or dreadful life.
I think one should not restrict himself with only the money matters but should also chase the experience criteria as well. As they say, with experience, comes the money; with a handful of experience, the individual will learn about different aspects of life not only in a professional environment but also contributes to its personal well-being.
Experience can play a vital role in enhancing one’s corporate life as well as the money situated with it. Moreover, As you move to a higher level of hierarchy, a better salary would be initiated subsequently.
As a result, Humans should understand that earning money is limited to a single phase of time but what matters the most is whether you enjoy doing your daily errands or not. Lastly, i think that money should not be considered as a major factor in one’s corporate life; it should be regarded as a subset for your hard work and your patience, keeping your mental health as well as the experience as your main priority.
